Facilitator & Executive Coach ~ Gauteng
Rinet’s devotion to Diversity and Inclusion was ignited in 1993 when she attended UPE’s "Stereotype Reduction" programme. This was when she realised that South Africans would need to engage substantialy more to get to know and understand the different strands of their Rainbow nation. She realised that there would be a growing need in SA to create platforms where people from vastly different backgrounds could communicate in meaningful ways, and she set out to build these platforms.
Resigning from the corporate world, she started out with one team of two facilitators. The team expanded to where it stands today ~ 20 diverse and wonderfully committed facilitators across SA in 2017.
Rinet believes in and is passionately constructing her dream of a united, inclusive nation where social justice prevails. Her convictions direct her to first and foremost choose to deeply respect all human beings as equal creatures of God, regardless of colour, creed, background or position.

I am a facilitator of learning and taking people to a deeper area of thinking in the classroom. I integrate humour to build a rapport with my audience, have high energy, and am committed to the learning process.
My broadened view on the customer experience has grown over years in the hospitality sector; an industry which is very customer centric. A decade of experience in the financial industry then allowed me to understand the important role of employee wellness in delivering high class services and solutions.
I was motivated to further my understanding of people through ICF~accredited Life Coaching Courses, where I discovered my passion in empowering individuals to use new pathways of thinking.
I have facilitated numerous training programs and have a vast understanding of how to elevate the learning experience and achieve successful, lasting results. Being a facilitator has taught me how to interact with people from a diversity of backgrounds and experiences, in a way that is patient, empathetic and encouraging.
My goal as a Life & Career Coach is to facilitate positive change by helping individuals to identify where they are now, and the visionary place they want to be. I am then able to help guide them to close this gap, by setting insightful goals, strategies and action plans.
I live my passion, which is developing and empowering people. I understand people and assist them to release their full potential.
Being people centric, I provide a unique learning experience where I will ignite, identify and inspire using the C.A.R.E model: Communicate > Attitude > Responsibility > Efficiency

As a coach I am passionate about people development.
My niche is to empower Africans to identify and change self-sabotaging behaviour. I have authored and self -published three books to this effect.
Their titles:
“Black man, get off the white man’s back”,
“Black man, you are bigger than the problem”
“Defence Technology Made Easy’.
As a black female growing up in South Africa, subjected to racism, I have learnt to deal with my responses to this evil and I am willing to share with others how to positively respond to it. It is my belief that if Africans and Europeans can work together in South Africa, we can move the world. The potential is there. The differences we have are man-made and heightened to cause division and unnecessary conflict.
We are all human and if we can relate from that base, together we will make a better South Africa.
